I just bought my first home and wanted to share my experience. My friend recommended me to a loan officer named Ramzi, so I told my realtor about him. She said he was really good and fast to respond. Every time I needed something, Ramzi was super quick to get back to her. When I called him, he always answered my questions and made sure I understood everything. Ramzi helped me get my closing costs lower and secured the best interest rate possible. The escrow lady even mentioned that it was the lowest rate she had seen this year! Overall, I had a great experience working with Ramzi and my realtor, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

They went above and beyond with helping me even on the items that wasn't related to their scope. Homeowner seller agreement, contacting insurance company, dealing with title for missing info. They did a lot of stuff to help get me through the process before I even committed to them for loan.
