Communication was excellent they always kept me updated, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood each step.The process can be stressful, but their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything much easier. I rarely write a review for someone I ultimately didn't end up doing business with, but Khaled deserves one. I originally wanted to use him for my home purchase, but I ultimately went with another lender despite my better judgment.What impressed me was how Khaled handled that. He had put significant time and effort into finding a way to make my difficult loan scenario work. When I told him I was going with another lender, he didn't pressure me, become hostile, or try to make me feel guilty. He told me that maintaining my trust and hopefully earning my business in the future was more important than alienating me over one transaction.I have tremendous respect for that kind of integrity. Looking back, I genuinely regret not giving Khaled my business. Of everyone I dealt with during this process, he was the person who kept trying to find solutions when others initially wrote me off, and he conducted himself professionally even when doing so didn't benefit him financially.When someone is helping you make one of the largest financial decisions of your life, honesty and integrity matter enormously. Khaled demonstrated both. I would absolutely recommend speaking with him, and he will be the first person I call when I need mortgage services again.

Used a lot of lenders before, but Pacific has been five stars from the beginning they were able to finish in two weeks in terms of the Loan documentations that were required and we’re very well prepared for escrow closing before the required time. They have a vast network of lenders that I was able to choose from which gave me a lot of options, especially if you’re looking for a multi unit Financing. They could get anything done. Will be using them again soon

I was very happy with Khaled and Vanessa's service with Pacific Mortgage Group. Their service was quick, communicative, and helped me purchase my home within my budget. At one point I was about to give up because there were so many conditions set by the lender but we were able to close escrow and with 10% down on a conventional Fannie Mae loan I was very happy with the results. My dream of owning a condo in prime location Koreatown came true! This was a condo that I always wanted to live in having nostalgic memories when I visited my aunt's home as a child.
