I was skeptical when James told me he could work out a rate 2.375% lower than the prime rate (and a full percent lower than other companies, after buying a point). Other mortgage companies said it couldn't be possible, and my real estate agent had some doubts. Well, I closed today with this fantastic rate, a very low mortgage insurance, and an overall monthly mortgage that really helps me be comfortable, and continue to save some money.
